We had a spacious and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms at Cerise. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed us to bring our dog. The free parking nearby was convenient, and the location was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including an electric hot water pot for tea and coffee.

The initial room had a sewage smell, but the receptionist was eventually able to move us to a different room that didn't have the odor. Additionally, the television in the room didn't work, and the bathroom only had one working light, making showering a bit challenging.

The freedom to make/cook own meals.

Could have done with easy chairs in room for a more relaxing 'sit'. Would have been god to have access to the garage without having to go through reception (keypad?)

enjoyed a fantastic city break in chatou. cerise exceeded expectations with excellent staff, spacious room, and comfortable beds. they went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests. highly recommend for a great stay in chatou!

Town had a great super market. Loved the walk to St Germaine. Had a great time going to Paris. Went daily on the Metro for only 4.00 each way. So nice to use the Metro. Very convenient and practical. To go to airport was about 45 minutes change at le Halles. Was 12.50 for that!! Much better than taxi!!!!!

Nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood, this hotel offers quick access to downtown Paris on public transport. The rooms are well equipped with a modern kitchen and fridge, offering the convenience of a home-cooked meal. The staff is obliging and the breakfast is great value for money. guests can enjoy a nice view of the city from the balcony.

The Wi-Fi lease is prone to expire more than once in 24 hours, which can cause minor inconvenience.

a great place, very good value and an excellent location - about 15 minutes walk from Chatou-Croissy station, about 20 minutes from centre of Paris - very clean moden rooms (we had a two room aprtment for 4 of us) loads of room, free wi-fi, good breakfast - great for Paris, but out of the centre - great price - recommended

This hotel in Chatou exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for spacious rooms that even had a small kitchen. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Lastly, the location was perfect - situated in a quiet neighborhood near the bridge over the Seine, it offered a peaceful atmosphere while still being within reach of Paris downtown.

The hotel was very remote. The room was not cleaned regularly. The bed was very minimal and there were not enough outlets.
